In June 2021, St. John's converted our old, antiquated Church Management System over to the Breeze Church Management System. While this had many benefits to streamline our church operations, the system also brought many benefits to our parishioners. Watch our short introduction video to learn more.

How do I learn about how to use the various features in Breeze?
We have created a series of short YouTube videos that show how to use each of the features in Breeze. The videos are on this page. We encourage you to view each of the videos to get the most out of your St. John's Breeze account.
When I try to create an account, Breeze says it can't find me. What does this mean?
The email address we have on file for you may be different from the one you are using to create the account. When we sent the invitation, we sent it to the email address we had on file for you.
You can either use that email address in the invitation to create your account or send us an update to your email address by filling out our parishioner update form with your correct email address. Give us an hour or two to process the update. Then you can try to create your Breeze account again with your new email address by clicking here.
Why are my children who are 18 and older getting an invitation to create a Breeze account?
Any member of St. John's, 18 and older, who has an email address associated with their profile are invited to create an account in Breeze. They will be able to manage their own profile information as well as create and manage their own contributions.
Why can't I view any of my contributions prior to October 2020?
When we converted from our old system, we made a decision to only convert data over from October 1, 2020, forward. We do have all the old data backed up, so if you need to get a report of contributions prior to October 2020, please contact the church office.
How do I set up my Pledge? Can I do this in Breeze?
Unfortunately, Breeze does not have the capability to allow parishioners to set up a pledge directly in Breeze. This has to be done by the Church Office. Parishioners who want to set up a pledge should go to the Stewardship Program web page where they can enter their pledge - https://stjohnd.org/stewardship/

Download the Breeze Church Management mobile apps for your smartphone or tablet. After downloading, continue to log into your Breeze account (note: when asked for church subdomain, enter stjohnd).

If you are a parishioner of St. John's and have not yet received an invitation to create an account in Breeze, please complete our parishioner update form to ensure we have your contact information, including your email address. We will then send you an invitation to create an account.
