We are in the process of updating all our parishioner database as a result of implementing our new Breeze Church Management System.
We need all parishioners to provide us with updates to their information so we can ensure we have the most accurate information for our parishioners. It will only take a few minutes of your time to provide this information to us.
Please complete the information on the form. You will need to provide the name of the parishioner and an email address. This helps us match the record in our file. If the update is for a child with no email address, simply use the parent or guardian's email address.
An accurate email address for each parishioner is very important as that will be one of the primary ways we communicate with you. If you have a mobile phone number, we are asking you to provide that too, as there will be some exciting features available to you in the future and will also enhance our communications with you.
Please complete a separate form update for each member of your family or have them submit the update. It is best if each member has their own unique email address, but if they don't have one, that's okay.
